The Montana Property Tax Rebate applications are now open until October 1. It’s very easy to do online at getmyrebate.mt.gov. You can mail rebates in as well but it will take longer to get the rebate.

We did it this week and it only took about ten minutes and we had to chase down a couple things after we started and had to start over. So get this information in hand before you start your application . . . the physical address of your primary residence, geocode (on your tax bill), amount of property taxes paid as shown on the property tax bill, and the names and social security numbers of the taxpayer and any spouse or ...
