Billings Firm Low Bidder On Fair Buildings– In session with the board of county commissioners and the fair board, contractors were present yesterday at the court house when the low bidder, the Quonset Fabricating Co. of Billings was awarded the contract for the first of the new permanent buildings to be erected at the fair grounds.
