Hospital Board Meeting Notes

Daniels Memorial Healthcare Center held its regular Board of Directors meeting, Decembetr 16,2024 at 6 p.m. in the Hospital conference room. The unapproved minutes in part include: Members Present: Tanner Trower, Kody Brinton, Cliff Hames, Mike Bjarko, Janitzia Nelson, Arlene Kegley, Kymber Camey, Maria Lamb, Jack Pittenger, Mitch Goplen, Pat McConnell, Jennifer Marsh, Dan Delk, Jana Smith, Wendy Dahl, Koby May.

Tanner Trower called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.

Feasibility Study and PAR

- Mitch Goplen reviewed Dan and Jana updated feasibility study and preliminary architectural report (PAR).

The goal is to have most everything approved by January and move toward letter of conditions from USDA. Erdman is to start in March with schematic and design development and construction documents. Ideally, DMH...
