Red Cross, Federal Aid, Mustered To Help Snow Bound Farmers Here– Steadily mounting information on hardship cases in Daniels County, caused by heavy snowfall, drifting and inevitably blocked roads, caused the local Disaster and Emergency Relief Committee of the Red Cross to make arrangements with Arnold Fredricksen, local flier for a systematic, county patrol of isolated areas, according to Gerald Melena, chairman of that committee.
