MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DANIELS COUNTY, MONTANA, HELD JANUARY 4, 5, AND 19, 2021.

January 4, 9 o'clock a.m.

The Board met in regular session, Commissioner Lund, Commissioner Humbert and Commissioner Linder were present with the clerk.

Pledge of Allegiance recited.

Commissioner Lund made a motion to approve the agenda, Commissioner Humbert seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

Commissioner Linder made a motion to appoint L. Lee Humbert as chairman of the Board, Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

Commissioner Humbert made a motion to appoint Commissioner Lund as vice chairman of the Board, Commissioner Linder seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

Commissioners Humbert and Lund thanked Commissioner Linder for serving as chairman for the past year.

Commissioner Linder made a motion to approve the December minutes, Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed.

The Board reviewed the officer reports for December, 2020.

Board approved JV# 8332.

Commissioner Linder made a motion to appoint Logan Olson as County Attorney to fill an unexpired term, to replace Ken Hoversland who retired the end of December. Commissioner Lund seconded the motion, all present voted in favor, motion passed. The Board would like to th...
