If one is going to be in Sidney for the girls' and boys’ East C Divisional Basketball Tournaments starting Wednesday, March 5, and have some spare time between games, one might want to pay a visit to a store called Ribbon & Rail, located at 110 East Main Street in Sidney. When approaching Sidney from Culbertson and making a right turn onto Main Street, just watch for the East Main Street sign and turn left.
