Benefits include 100% medical insurance premiums paid by employer for employee and family members, vacation/sick time accrual, and annual raises as approved by the compensation board. The Program Coordinator will serve as an advocate for children in Phillips County as well as the participating areas of Blaine County, Daniels County, Sheridan County, Roosevelt County, and the City of Glasgow. Will be required to attend training as necessary to fulfill position requirements (i.e. Forensic and Traumabased interviewing, etc.) as well as manage and develop the growth of the Center, the associated programs, and its employees. The Program Coordinator will be required to travel to the participating agencies as well as assist the law enforcement agencies as necessary. Education and experience requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3 years of experience in child advocacy or a related field. The applicant will need to pass a background investigation. Salary will range from $18.50 - $21.00 depending upon education and experience.
