NorVal Electric Cooperative, Inc. is now seeking applicants for the position of Candidate for the Board of Directors, to be voted upon at the NorVal Annual Meeting on October 22, 2024 at the Lustre Christian High School, by the membership. Applicants should be willing to commit to the Statement of Qualifications for Electric Cooperative Trustees, as well as commit the time to prepare and attend the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors, training opportunities and State Association meetings. Applicants’ bona fide residence must be within the boundaries of the district they are applying for and he or she must be an active member in good standing. The positions open are in District 5 and District 6. All applicants should submit their nomination sheet and short life Bio for consideration no later than August 31, 2024, to the Cooperative’s office at 54091 US Highway 2 West, Glasgow, Montana, or via email to jake@norval.coop.
