Catering Bids Sought for Annual Meeting Nemont Telephone Cooperative’s Annual Membership Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at the Nemont gold garage in Scobey. Licensed catering bids are being sought for the event. Bids are requested for 400 meals. The catering bid should include a beef dinner. Bid Specifications include: Nemont will provide: • Beverages for the meals. • Table covering, plates, cups, napkins, meal utensils. • Salt and pepper. • Set up of tables and chairs. • Staff to serve two serving lines (main meal, beverages and dessert). • Serving of the beef dinner will start at approximately 5:00, before the start of the Annual Meeting. • The dinner menu shall consist of roast beef; real mashed potatoes; gravy; butter; a vegetable, coleslaw or other salad; buns and dessert. • Licensed caterer will be responsible for preparing meals and clean up of kitchen and serving area. • Licensed caterer will provide chafing pans, sterno, serving containers and serving utensils for four serving lines. • Licensed caterer will provide food carts to move food from preparation area to serving area. A 10% penalty, plus any expenses incurred, will be assessed against the caterer for failure to meet contractual specifications. Serving will start at approximately 5:00 pm.
